Refund policy

REFUND POLICY

Our policy lasts 10 days. If more than 10 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, you must first allow us the opportunity to correct any issues you perceive in the service we provided to you. If, after we've made requisite changes, you still feel that the service was unsatisfactory, we'll refund you the purchase price.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

SALE ITEMS
Only regularly priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

REFUND PROCESS
Once your request for a refund is received, we'll send you an email to notify you that we've received it. After reviewing your request, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as expeditiously as possible.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please understand that there may be a processing delay before a refund is officially posted. You might want to check your bank account, contact your credit card company, or contact your bank.
